Very pleasant and more than functional hotel which excellently serves it's purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests. Room was quite as we expected and maybe even exceeded some of our expectations. It was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very polite and professional, willing to do their best to make customer satisfied with the service. Neighborhood is very quiet, day and niight and, and the nearby streets are with very little traffic. There's is absolutely no impact on guests rest. Location is really excellent since you are in a modern quarter of Amsterdam with direct metro and bus lines in close proximity to hotel. In about 30 min of drive you can be in the very core of historic Amsterdam like being transferred to another world. Hotel Joy is a great example of how recommendable hotel should look like. Definitely, good value for money. Excellent choice and we will come back.

4-5 minutes walking distance to the metro station. You can reach Amsterdam Arena ( very close to süpermarkets and bus stops) by walking 15 minutes or taking the metro for 1 station. The metro takes about 20 minutes to the hearth of Amsterdam. There was a microwave, a coin paid coffee machine and a vending machine for use of the guests at the lobby and irons at each floor. The staff was more than helpful, they solved all of our problems immediately. We didn’t use the car park but we usually saw empty spots, this means the parking is enough. Wifi worked without any problems. There were electrical plugs in the room more than enough.

The hotel was about 20 mins by Metro from the city centre and just one block from the Metro - very easy to get to from Schiphol using public transport and very easy to get into central Amsterdam. The hotel was clean, well maintained and had a bar fridge, access to ironing facilities, aircon, wifi and parking. You can also hire bicycles from the hotel. Staff were friendly. Nice little outdoor restaurant just around the corner. You can walk to a shopping area to purchase food stuff to to make your own breakfast and buy snacks and water. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the metro station which we found super handy and it takes around 35 min with the metro to get to Amsterdam central. It‘s a bit outside but totally fine considering it is less pricy. I only booked the hotel a few nights in advance still got a hood deal. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites as they are building a new block of hotels around it I can imagine. We could hear the construction a bit but didn‘t bother us.

Very good location easy to arrived by car, enough space for parking, 2 mins walk to métro station( to downtown about 25 to 30mins metro) , close by Ikea and walking distance(19mins) to shopping ,theater and restaurants center. The room with basic facilities .it was clean.^_^ having great stay experience with my husband for 3 nights.
